Airdrop T&C

1. Introduction

By participating in the OpenSci Airdrop, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of OpenSci are not eligible to participate.

3. Airdrop Details

  • The airdrop will evenly distribute 1% of total $SCI tokens to eligible participants.

  • Participants must complete the required tasks (e.g., following social media accounts, joining Telegram groups, etc.) as outlined on the airdrop announcement page.

4. Participation Process

  • To participate, users must provide valid information, including a wallet address to receive the airdrop.

  • Participants must complete all tasks by the specified deadline to qualify for the airdrop.

5. Token Distribution

  • Tokens will be distributed after the airdrop ends upon TGE Announcement.

  • OpenSci reserves the right to adjust the distribution schedule as necessary.

6. Conditions of Participation

  • Participants must not use multiple accounts to participate in the airdrop.

  • OpenSci reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • OpenSci is not responsible for any technical issues, failures, or delays that may occur during the airdrop.

  • OpenSci does not guarantee the value of $SCI tokens and is not liable for any losses incurred.

8. Changes to the Airdrop

  • OpenSci reserves the right to modify or cancel the airdrop at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be communicated through official channels.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction].
